The home has an attached garage, with parking for one in the garage, and two cars in the driveway. There is a laundry inside the home, with full-size washer and dryer.

As a guest at our home, you will have access to the private amenities in the Tahoe Keys including the marina and restaurant, a year-round indoor lap pool, seasonal outdoor pool, private beach and pier, basketball and tennis courts, kids play area, and volleyball courts. These amenities require an additional daily fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner’s association office.

Summer Concert Series at the Hard Rock

In addition to the growing list of major artists who already make appearances at the Harvey’s summer concert series in South Lake Tahoe, the Hard Rock will be adding to the list. South Lake Tahoe is becoming a major music desitnation for true music afficianados

The concert series will kick-off in late June with six to eight shows throughout the summer concluding on Labor Day weekend. The property is transforming its back parking lot into an outdoor arena that will host top-name national artists performing in an intimate setting with the unparalleled backdrop of Lake Tahoe.

Weekend Storm Brings 2 ft of Snow

South-Lake-Tahoe-Engagement-007The storm in Tahoe this past weekend dusting the Sierras with as much as two feet of snow, bringing winter back to Lake Tahoe and likely ensuring the 2014-15 ski season will last into spring. Below we list the snowfall at each ski area. WARNING: you will want to race to Tahoe after reading this!

Sierra-at-Tahoe, located in Twin Bridges, Calif., south of South Lake Tahoe, reported 17 inches from the storm at its high-elevation areas.

Northstar California, located between Truckee and North Lake Tahoe, reported 16 inches, as did Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, located between Reno and Incline Village.

Kirkwood Mountain Resort reported 14 inches from the storm, and Boreal Mountain Resort, in Soda Springs, reported 12 inches of snow.

On the South Shore, Heavenly Mountain Resort also reported 1 foot of snow.

Volunteer for the AMGEN Tour in South Lake

Last week we excitedly told you about the upcoming AMGEN Tour coming to South Lake Tahoe in May this year. This spectator event features world class cyclists from around the world who have participated in events such as the Tour De France and more. If you’ve been interested in mor than just the show this race brings, then you are in luck! The AMGEN Tour is looking for volumteers to help with the two-day event.servletVolunteer registration is open and positions consist of a course marshal — a critical role where the individual assists race staff and local law enforcement authorities along the route. Other jobs involve media support, security, check-in, monitoring pedestrian traffic, surveying barricades, road closures, and communications — keeping spectators informed as the race progresses while collaborating with the cyclists and their teams.

The South Lake Tahoe Local Organizing Committee are seeking 300 volunteers for the first stage and 200 to 250 for the second. Four to six hours are anticipated each day.

Those interested in assisting the Tahoe South portion of the tour can register atwww.amgentourofcalifornia.com/Tour/volunteer. Registrants must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by an adult.
