Amgen Tour of California Comes to South Lake Tahoe

The Amgen Breakaway from Heart Disease Women’s Race empowered with SRAM is coming to Tahoe once again. On May 11th-12th of 2017, stages 1 and 2 of the bike race will start in South Lake Tahoe.

This race is put on by Amgen, an innovative biotechnology company aiming to cure serious illnesses, which hosts bike races for men and women throughout California that put forth money to curing cancers, heart disease, and other health conditions. The Amgen Tour of California has been to Lake Tahoe in previous years and it will return this year for the women’s division.
